Warhaven RSL was successfully completed with Hansen Yuncken at the end of 2016. The project consisted of 2 x 28 unit 3 storey buildings and 18 x low level units, totalling 74.

Aqwell plumbing was engaged to carryout the Hydraulic and Civil storm water components. The hydraulic scope was quite involved that included dual diesel fire pumps with 2 x 12.5kl panel storage tanks, 56 x solar storage hot water units to the 3 storey buildings and 20 storage units, each unit had its own internally thermostatic mixing valve

Kewarra Aged Care was completed mid 2017 with Integral Constructions based on the Sunshine Coast. The project consisted of complete aged care facilities spread across three low level buildings with a total of 96 beds.

Aqwell Plumbing was contracted to carryout the Hydraulic, Civil storm water and final trim earthworks. The hydraulics consisted of dual diesel fire pumps with 12.5kl break tanks and two Rinnai gas plants with individual thermostatic mixing valves, substantial backflow prevention scope was also carried out through the building.

The Civil scope ranged from 100mm PVC to 1050mm concrete pipe, 600mm to 1500mm concrete pits, a Humes 16R gross pollutant tank, bulk earthworks and final trim to areas.

JCU Student Accommodation Cairns was completed in Febuary 2018 with ADCO constructions, the project consisted of seven storeys 300 bed facilities, with retail on ground and extensive carparking addition for the University

Aqwell Plumbing was engaged to carry out the Hydraulic Design and construction, Civil storm water and misc. earthworks construction only.

The Hydraulic scope consisted of a VSD single hydrant pump which required to go through extensive mediation with the council after in-depth flow testing and water modelling of the JCU and Cairns City Council infrastructure. Rheem TP6 gas plant which circulates through the building via a pumped and balanced ring main branching off to thermostatic mixing and tempering valves, Due to the height of the building a Grundfos triplex pump system was incorporated in the water ring main. 125 Bathroom pods where installed, Stainless steel down pipes.

The Civil scope included extensive pipework around the building, throughout the carparks, discharging to the nearby creek and bio retention basins filtering through 100 and 150mm slotted PVC slotted drains. Pipework ranged from 100mm to 600mm with 300mm to 1500mm concrete pits, grating inline with FNQROC dome and surcharge details. Misc. earthworks involved bulking out bio basins, cutting in swales and preparing areas for concrete.
